If you are not completely satisfied with your Snowcap, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers will receive a full refund, minus shipping costs.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned units to cover inspection, testing, and refurbishment costs.

Easy Return & Refund Process

We want to make the return process as smooth as possible.

  1. Initiate Your Return
    • Email support@clearwaterwellnessco.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
    • Our team will connect with you and guide you through the return process.
  2. Package & Ship Your Product
    • Securely pack your Clearwater Wellnes Co product in its original packaging.
    • Clearly mark the RA Number on the package.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Inspection & Refund Processing
    • Once received, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets return eligibility.
    • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after inspection.
    • Store credit may be offered as an alternative for customers hesitant about a full return.
  4. Refund Notification
    • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
  • Units that are not returned in their original condition (e.g., missing parts, excessive wear, modifications).
