Laynton Allan
Co-founder and CEO
Laynton is an exited entrepreneur with experience building, operating and selling service-based businesses, including a Shark Tank-backed venture. His background also includes work as a Division 1 Registered Nurse and Secondary School Teacher, giving him experience across healthcare, education and human performance environments. He leads Clearwater's commercial strategy, brand and capital, and drives the company's growth and fundraising.

Dr Matthew Guest
Co-founder, Innovation and Growth
Matthew is an intensive care doctor with more than a decade in critical care, and a 2016 Rio Olympian. He brings the clinical and performance perspective behind SnowCap, and leads innovation and growth across the product and brand.

Max Chapman
Chief Engineer
Max is a mechanical engineer with expertise in thermoelectrics, and recently completed his PhD thesis in biomedical engineering. He has worked in Silicon Valley and led the development of SnowCap's patent pending lid technology. He oversees product and engineering.

Dr Peter Brukner OAM, a pioneer of Australian sports medicine who co-authored Brukner & Khan's Clinical Sports Medicine, has served as team doctor for the Australian cricket team and head of sports medicine at Liverpool FC, and is a professor at La Trobe University.

Giles Lowe is a Silicon Valley hardware leader and founder of product design firm Spanner. He spent a decade at Apple alongside Steve Jobs working on iMac, MacBook Pro, iPod, iPhone, iPad and the first MacBook Air. He brings world-class consumer hardware, design and manufacturing experience to Clearwater's advisory board.

Tim Paine is a former Australian Test cricket captain who led the national side in 23 Tests, including retaining the Ashes in England in 2019. Now a professional cricket coach, he brings elite sport and high-performance leadership experience to Clearwater's advisory board, and has been an investor in the company since 2025.

Dickie Currer-Ganguli
Dickie Currer-Ganguli is a former UK lawyer and the 2025 Victorian Startup Ecosystem Hero of the Year. He founded Hype Man Media and co-founded APAC Innovation Hub, which connects startup and tech ecosystems across the Asia-Pacific. He brings strong founder and investor networks, and links into Asia, to Clearwater's advisory board.
